THIS IS KINDA JUST MY WAY OF DOING IT… it’s hard to put what you believe is gut feeling into tips OTL This how I KINDA visualize it??? It’s mostly tailored to suit my own style so I’m not sure if I can help you at all ;v; ALSO I apologise for my handwriting.

I’m still learning, so this is all I can give you. I’m sure it’s going to be something totally different if someone asks me again in another month. 

BUT REALLY the main points are that the eyes are USUALLY one eye apart. They’re the center of the head. The nose is the center of the face. Sorry I couldn’t include like a sort of grid of where to actually place everything. 

When it comes to general anatomy though, I’m less sure of myself. ;v; again, I’m still learning, so don’t take my advice too seriously. I tend to make the hipbone the center of the entire figure. I make the elbows aligned to what I think is the last rib of the ribcage. 

Sorry if I’m not able to help much- but really what else I could tell you would basically be look at references and see what parts align, what parts are about the same length, etc. That’s how I learn, at least.

This video really deserves a watch, the person who made it gave it some serious soul. It hurts, but it’s a good kind of hurt. Kind of.

It wasn’t a good kind of hurt at all. Ow, my heart. My feels. A well-composed video overall but the last four minutes of part two were downright excellent, very emotional, very sad. And that last scene, that last gif… oh Scout. ;_;

It’s gotten to that point in highschool life when…

I really want to improve on my art. There are now 578 followers on this blog and I REALLY WANT TO THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING HERE, yes. There’s the giveaway and all that, I might open up requests over my summer vacation if I’m feeling up to it. 

But as I gain more followers all I can think about is how I can make my art better. I’m entering the last year of my high school and I would like nothing more than actual feedback on my art to improve on it on the final stretch before college. I’m stuck in an environment when I don’t get a lot of that, which is why I’m here on the internet. 

SO, if you would like to give me feedback, please tell me in an ask, fanmail, etc. You can go Anon, I don’t mind, I won’t publish anything.

Please tell me what you honestly think about my art, what you like, what you don’t like, what could be fixed, what could be made better. Just, anything. But if possible, keep it constructive, don’t just tell me “this part of your art sucks” without justification. Tell me why it does.
